- Directions: 29 South to Ivy Road. Right on Ivy Road. At first stoplight take a left onto Alderman Road. At first stoplight take a right on Observatory Road. Drive up hill, at top of hill take a right (see green water tower) look for a metal gate on left, park at pulloff.
